Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety Disorders are more than just feeling stressed or worried. One may have anxiety disorders when these worries and feelings of panic and stressed are excessive and don't go away, happen without any particular reason and making you unable to deal with your daily life. Having poor or broken sleep, strong heart beats, sweaty or shaky hands and feeling difficulty in breathing are also common physical symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety disorders are very common and are treatable by regular practice of relaxation exercise and a range of psychological or drug therapy.
